2. Mengambil wudhu
3. Berpakaian bersih
4. Memohon maaf kepada kedua ibu bapa
5. Membaca doa


ADAB SELEPAS BANGUN DARI TIDUR

1. Membaca doa 


2. Mengemas bilik tidur
3. Menggosok gigi
4. Bersuci dan mandi
5. Berpakaian kemas

FADHILAT BERADAB KETIKA TIDUR

1. Mengamalkan sunnah-sunnah Nabi Muhammad s.a.w
2. Menjaga kesihatan tubuh badan
3. Melatih diri supaya berdisiplin
4. Tidak mengantuk ketika belajar
5. Minda sentiasa cerdas

AKIBAT TIDAK BERADAB KETIKA TIDUR

1. Rasa mengantuk ketika belajar
2. Mudah mendapat penyakit
3. Hilang rasa disiplin diri
4. Susah mengingati pelajaran
